- Calendar can be presented in a weekly or monthly grid. The second option below shows weekly, all others are monthly.
- Alternate 1 I think is more confusing. Alternate 2 puts the impetus on the user to schedule what is needed and is alerted about availability
- Setup and teardown times time of 15 minutes for each booking is added to each booking. This is configurable by reservation type (Clubhouse, Library, and Pool/Patio)
- Once a reservation is made, it is no longer shown on the grid
- The Recreation Committee receives a booking email along with the person booking the reservation. Need to add gmail email (Eric)
- This “Plug-In” is Free. Additional features can be purchased if there is a need.
- Verbiage allows the Rec committee to police reservations.
Alternate 1, user is presented with two clubhouse options, and Pool/Patio and Library are left open during the reservation
NOTE: Once a a reservation is made, it is subject to approval by the Waterwood Recreation Committee. You must include the purpose/reason for booking in the note field.
If the Pool/Patio and/or Library are needed as well, be sure to book them.

Alternate 2, user has one option for clubhouse only, and is alerted that the Library and Pool/Patio are a separate booking
NOTE: Once a a reservation (appointment) is made, it is subject to approval by the Waterwood Recreation Committee. You must include the purpose/reason for booking in the note field.
If you need to also reserve the Library and/or Pool/Patio, be sure to schedule a corresponding reservation or these reservations will still be available for others to schedule.
